Laughter is one of the greatest medicine man could ever have. Although it’s often overlooked because it seems simple. Before I proceed let me define laughter in the best way possible.
According to the Oxford Dictionary, laughter is defined as a movement (usually involuntary) of the muscles of the laughing face, particularly of the lips, and of the whole body, with a peculiar expression of the eyes, indicating merriment, satisfaction or derision, and usually attended by a sonorous and interrupted expulsion of air from the lungs or a reason for merriment.
When we laugh, we relax our muscles which is very healthy to the body. Below are the benefits of laughter.
Amazing Benefits Of Laughter
Having a high sense of humour (laughter) relaxes the human nervous system thereby increasing the life span of such person.
Of course good health is one of the benefits derived from laughter. Since it relaxes the nerves, the heart will perform it’s duties well thereby resulting in sound health.

Laughter should be practice as often as possible. Currently it has no side effects and will never. Laughing keeps you happy therefore making you feel good all day long. Like I said, do not let anything take away your happiness.

Power Of Friendship
Friendship is exhibited by all. We all have friends no doubt but the kind of friends i’ll be focusing on here are true friends. True friends stick to you closer than your brothers. In times of need, sorrow, happiness, everything. They share your pain, console you and keep you motivated.
Friendship is as old as time and will keep existing. The problem today is getting true friends. Many people come as fake friends just to eat you up. I’m not in support of that. Below are the merits of friendship.
Power Of Friendship
There are lots of merits true friendship gives to everyone of us and they are as follows.
Love is definitely experienced in true friendship. They’ll never do anything to hurt you. That’s simply love. Sharing the laughter, standing by you at down times are all part of the love derived from friendship.
The unending support gotten from true friends is really amazing and touch. It’s one of the powers of friendship. Just get true friends and you’ll enjoy. Believe me!
Joy can also be referred to as happiness. Being surrounded by people who understand, motivate and care about you definitely brings joy.
This is one of the greatest merit. Sometimes we feel depressed or sad. That’s when true friends come in and motivate us. Reviving the dead us, even making us smile in our problems. They let us feel alive despite our problems.
Friends also act as great counsellors. Especially the responsible ones. In a nut shell, having true friends is one of the greatest gifts we can ever have.

Speaking to GQ’s Editor-In-Chief, Dylan Jones, on his cover shoot, the winner of the Editor’s Special Award talked about whether or not he’d take the England manager job.
I think some people within the FA saw me possibly as a future England manager, just because maybe I had had a successful career being England captain
If someone turned around to me and said, ‘If the England job came up, would you take it?’, I mean of course I would think about it, because I’m a passionate Englishman and I’m passionate about our national side, but would I be any good at it? Who knows?
It’s a dream job, but Gareth is doing the most incredible job for us right now. He’s brought energy and excitement back into the game and the fans – myself included – are enjoying that.

On how she began
I sent a script to an actor, an A-list actor… He requested to see me, I went to see him and it was more like an interview. He was interviewing me to see if I was big enough [for him] to feature in my film. And after the long interview; ‘who are you?’, ‘what do you?’, ‘why are you producing?’, ‘what camera are you shooting with?’ he said, ‘You know what? You are not even big enough. When you’re big enough, you’ll come back.
On experiencing setback
It took a while for most of the people I work with today to realise that, you know what, she knows what what she is doing.
And how does she handle setback?
It’s part of life,I expect it. So I prepare for it. It’s easier for me to go through it when I’m expecting it.
